This is a beautiful project, and oh, so stunning once completed! This piece is one of my favourite projects for silk ribbon embroidery fans with a bit of experience.

Embroidered by the talented Karen Nell from Sedgefield near Knysna on the Garden Route of South Africa, Karen teaches you how to build a three-dimensional design using stumpwork techniques, silk ribbon and threadwork.

This beautiful kit contains:

-3 Embroidery panels so that you can layer your work to be dimensional. The design is A5, medium-sized and is printed in full colour on our finest cotton

-8 packets of Di van Niekerk's hand painted Silk Ribbons

-2 Skeins of Rajmahal Silk Thread

-21 Skeins of Maxi Mouline Circulo Cotton Thread

-1 Skein of Chameleon Perlé 12 Thread

-Stumpwork wires

-Backing Fabric

-2 packets needles (Chenille and Embroidery)
