Emma Kriegler - a super-talented embroidery teacher is now in Cape Town!
Emma Kriegler is well-known to many as she has made quite a few of our most popular designs and kits. I met Emma 23 years ago in Johannesburg when she came to my workshops in Johannesburg. When the classes became too large, I asked her to help me to teach and when I left Johannesburg for Cape Town, Emma took over (along with Jacqui O' Connell) and taught many a student until she left for the Cape.
Emma is now in Cape Town in the beautiful Durbanville area and I am sure you will be delighted to know that she has opened her studio, working from her home. She prefers to keep her classes small so do make contact her for more information by email: emmakriegler@gmail.com and her cell: 0824094828
Here is some of Emma's work and as you will see, she is multi-talented! Emma is experienced in all kinds of needlework and felting too. I especially like the way she makes the hair and her needlelace is amazing! Have a look at the dimensional embroidery too!
